]]>Much to come my lovelies!!!
Dinner & Massage Menu will be posted just in time for “Valentine’s Day” for those of you who have inquired! Many options to choose from spa cuisine to comfort foods and not to mention desserts.
]]>* Be on time.
* If you don’t want to remove all your clothing, wear what you will be comfortable in.
* Don’t be afraid to communicate with me during session, if you have any words as to the amount of pressure, speed of strokes/movements, room temp., or music (I will adjust).
* Some people like to talk during a massage session, while others remain silent. Do whatever feels right to you, and I will follow your lead (I have heard about other masseuses taking the lead… LOL)
* Breathing will aid in your relaxation. People often stop breathing and tense up when they feel an area of tenderness due to knots or tension. Best to just breathe through it here “INHALE“, “EXHALE“! Keep telling yourself “BREATHE”!
* Try not to tighten up during the massage. Let me/ your massage therapist know this is happening. I may need to adjust the massage technique used. I may also be able to help you relax the area.
* If you find your thoughts are racing during the massage, one way to become “centered” and to ease your mind is to follow my hands, and focus on how the touch feels.
* If anything happens during the massage that you dislike or uncomfortable with, you have the right to ask me/ your masseuse to stop. If necessary, you also have the right to end the session.
* If you are dizzy or light headed after the massage, do not get off the table too fast.
* Drink extra water after a massage.
* Allow for some quiet time after your massage, if possible. Sometimes one needs a little time to absorb the aftereffect of the massage or needs some “re-entry” time.
(Some people have been know to have loose lips… LoL)

Massage therapy has been proven effective in:
Remember, massage has its greatest benefits over time. The therapeutic effects of massage are cumulative,so the more often a person gets a massage, the better he or she will feel and the more quickly one’s body will respond. If you are getting massage to address chronic muscular tension or recovery from a soft tissue injury, more than one session is usually needed, so be prepared to schedule several sessions.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Heat the olive oil in a large (10 to 12-inch) skillet. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes over medium-low heat, until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Add the sausage and cook over medium-low heat, breaking it up with a fork, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until no longer pink. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of the parsley, the basil, 1 1/2 teaspoons of the salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Simmer, uncovered, over medium-low heat, for 15 to 20 minutes, until thickened.
Meanwhile, fill a large bowl with the hottest tap water. Add the noodles and allow them to sit in the water for 20 minutes. Drain.
In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta, goat cheese, 1 cup of Parmesan, the egg, the remaining 2 tablespoons of parsley, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Set aside.
Ladle 1/3 of the sauce into a 9 by 12 by 2-inch rectangular baking dish, spreading the sauce over the bottom of the dish. Then add the layers as follows: half the pasta, half the mozzarella, half the ricotta, and one 1/3 of the sauce. Add the rest of the pasta, mozzarella, ricotta, and finally, sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling.
Substitutes:
Ground turkey is ok to substitute for the “Sweet Italian Sausage”, but I recommend you don’t substitute
here!
Goat Cheese you can leave out if you prefer, add extra ricotta cheese instead
